Return and Refund Policy

At SAI AGRO FORESTRY PVT. LTD., we are committed to delivering high-quality bamboo, cane, and organic products. Due to the natural and perishable nature of many of our products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we will review return or refund requests in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by contacting us via email or phone with the order details and clear photographs of the issue. After reviewing the request, we will determine whether a replacement, partial refund, or full refund is applicable. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for returns, where applicable.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party shipping carriers once the order has been dispatched.
For bulk, customized, or export orders, refund and return terms will be governed by the specific agreement or contract signed with the buyer.
